Nicole Ray-Glenn is the Founder and CEO of Sanctuary Forward. With more than 30 years of experience in homeless services, she has dedicated her career to helping individuals and families facing homelessness, recovery, chronic illness, and other life transitions.
Nicole began her career on the front lines and advanced to leadership roles including Assistant Program Director and Program Director. She founded Sanctuary Forward on a simple belief: shelter should be more than a place to sleep—it should be a place where healing begins, stability is restored, and lives are rebuilt. Guided by faith, compassion, and purpose, she believes every person deserves to be seen, heard, and valued.
